Saving Ukrainian Lifes

Through Up-to-Date Training

Mission

Provide up-to-date and quality training to new Ukrainian soldiers to improve their survivability on the battlefield.

Training ukrainian soldiers

and help them survive on the battlefield!

We train soldiers at the front

We don't have training bases! Our teams are mobile and train soldiers directly involved in combat.

Training adapted to the situation

Our teams provide training based on the latest changes observed on the battlefield, thus filling the gap with the often out-to-date and insufficient official training.

Reports and compliancy

The trust of our donors is paramount. That's why we work with registered non-profit 503c organization and provide KPI-based reports following our training missions.

Execution

We train

soldiers

where they are!

Most new Ukrainian soldiers are deployed against tanks and enemy soldiers without the proper training to survive.

The official training provided to the recruits is often unstructured, short and out-of-date regarding the latest situation at the frontline. That leads to a lot of unnecessary death and casualties among the Ukrainian youth and draftees.

The Defence Knowledge Foundation is filling a gap between the basic training of the recruits and the reality of the front, by training the soldiers where they are!

Training stages

01

We collect donations through our registered international partners (503c).

02

We use the funds to start a small training mission. The funds help in providing for a dedicated vehicle, a driver, 2-4 instructors and basic equipment such as medical supplies.

03

The team joins a unit (typically a brigade) deployed at the front. We begin our training missions by interviewing soldiers and officers to get an up-to-date picture of the latest changes in the area of operations, so that training is adapted to the tactical reality of war.

04

After returning from a mission, the team rests and produces KPI based reports for our partners and donors. We send these reports to our partners, and share relevant military information with other units.

05

We improve the training content, adding new courses, and repeat the cycle according to the donations received.

A diversified team

International

and Ukrainian

teams

In order to produce high-quality, diversified training, our teams are typically made up of Western veterans from NATO countries and Ukrainians with combat experience. This mix enables the teams to function well in the military environment, while disseminating knowledge that straddles the practices of NATO countries and the unique culture of the Ukrainian military world.
